DakshinaChitra is proud to announce the much-awaited fifth edition of LangFest, one of our flagship events. It is dedicated to exploring the rich and dynamic world of languages in art. This year’s theme, “Art, Artists, and Language,” promises to be an intense three days’ (Feb 21,22 & 23) feast featuring engaging, interdisciplinary interactions with a range of creative voices. LangFest 2025 will feature a diverse range of events designed to spark conversation and inspiration, including thought provoking panels, live performances, and an interactive film festival. Manipur Folk Festival 2025

We are thrilled to invite you to a special three-day national festival celebrating the vibrant cultural traditions of Manipur. The festival will feature two incredible indigenous dance forms that showcase the rich history and artistry of the state: Mao dance (Kodado) Thougal Jagoi Thang Ta These performances promise to be a unique experience, offering a glimpse into the heart of Manipur's cultural heritage.
